Carolyn has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my stubborn puppy Hank. When I first emailed her about training I was hiding behind an exercise pen in my living room from a wild, biting puppy that I had no control over. As a first time puppy mom (during a quarantine no less, not my smartest move!) I had no idea what I was doing wrong- until we started training with Carolyn. I knew training during a pandemic would be tricky, but Carolyn is very cautious about her safety and that of others so we communicated via email and text and zoom lessons to guide us through the program. She was available when I needed her and willing to trouble shoot. Now, I’m typing this as my pup sits nicely on his “place” chewing on a toy, no gates needed. The Developing Canine program taught me it’s my job to be the leader and that Hank will follow suit. We’re eternally grateful!
